Current or
Recent Work:
- Have been supporting
the Air Force in a project to upgrade their current air mobility scheduling
system, as well as develop their next generation planning and scheduling
system. Tasks on this project have included system design, software
development, software testing, data and database administration, system
administration, and project management. Have been very involved in
the day-to-day management and operation of the Air Force’s scheduling
system, including its interfaces with other military Command and Control
(C2) systems.
- For the Army
Corps of Engineers’ Ohio River Navigation Investment Model
(ORNIM) project. He led the User Interface design and implementation
effort, and was
also involved in the database design and management.
- As part of the
team assisting the Federal Highway Administration in the development
of advanced traffic prediction models, he set up, administers, and
maintains a network of Unix, Linux, and NT workstations—supporting
a web server, several databases, and software designed to support
distributed processing.
- Also working
on a project to support the Department Of Energy in its Materials
Protection, Control and Accounting (MPC&A) Program—a program focused
on improving the security of nuclear materials in Russia.
